instant favorite! I'm in waterbury for the next two months as a practical. I have changed my diet in the last six months, and this place fits exactly where I go with my health. we came to lunch and met the owner! beautiful old, great atmosphere and delicious energy shake! I'm back to the final!
I stopped in today for the first time and loved my salad and PB&J smoothie! Very friendly owner who took the time to explain everything to me and was super kind. It’s so nice to finally have a place that offers fresh healthy food. I’ll definitely be back!
this place is great! I wish I lived closer. yesterday the Mexican salad it was so fresh and delicious. then there was a pineapple-hulk smoothie and it was so good! best smoothie around! can not wait to go back!!! a nice place
I love all their shakes! I have never had a combo I didn't enjoy. Haven't tried the salads yet because it's mostly when I'm running in between appointments, but they look good.
