Freshii - Table reservation

Upon walking in my boyfriend and I were surprised by the worker taking our order via a video call on an iPad. We were even more surprised by a fairly high price tag for food that was lackluster at best. Our bowls weren’t flavorful at all and our smoothies were sour and didn’t even fill the cup they were in. The in-person workers were two teenaged girls who gossiped to each other the entire time without even giving us an ounce of customer service. In short, eat here if you want overpriced bland food bordering on culinary cultural appropriation.

The employees in the loading area lacked customer service skills. They didn't greet us or engage in conversation, only informing us when our order was ready. Our order was taken over a video call, which felt odd and gave the impression that the business was trying to cut costs. While the food was decent, it was overpriced. Evergreens, another pricey salad spot, offers better value. They should consider ending the remote work setup for this role; it feels out of place.

When I think of cuisine that consistently features vegetarian dishes, India comes to mind. They know how to flavor their dishes properly. Unfortunately, Freshii missed the mark entirely, serving up what felt like a bland salad with uninspired chicken. Even the rice was tasteless. How does that happen? Seasoning is essential! We crave flavor, and Freshii just doesn’t deliver it in their burritos.

During my first visit, the atmosphere lacked energy. However, on my second visit, I was warmly greeted by the owner, who truly exudes passion for his work. It was a memorable experience filled with smiles and laughter. I'm also grateful for the delicious food!

all right. Feeling gland food. I would rather eat my own so for a better price and more taste from home.
