Obviously communication isn't a stronghold feature of this restaurant. The rice was way undercooked and the staff were quite slow for not being busy. The young man working there messed up our order by putting in the wrong ingredients. Plus my Mango smoothies was tasteless. So disappointed were we that we dumped both bowls in the trash bin. No one answers the phone there after numerous calls. I guess they don't want to deal with their incompetence. Sad cause this is ONLY Freshi in Muskoka. Just drive to Orillia as they seem to know what they are doing there...
The service was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They made a genuine effort to ensure we got the meals we desired and wanted to make sure we enjoyed every bite! The food was prepared quickly, and they were patient while we placed our orders. It was the type of service that inspires you to write a positive review immediately! They truly deserve it! I had a fantastic experience! As someone with Celiac disease, I need to eat gluten-free, and the server was incredibly attentive and clearly well-informed about food allergies and how to prepare meals safely.
