"Cool atmosphere and decor. Good food. Great shots! Shrimp enchiladas were decent. The refried beans and rice were alright. The tortilla soup had flavor out of this world! I would go back for that alone."

The restaurant is nicely decorated. Lighting is aesthetically pleasing and the furniture is great. The bathrooms were nice as well with full body mirrors. We went for dinner around 6pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all. Service was awesome. The waiters kept checking on us and the hosts were nice. The menu we received was one sheet, two sides with the front side being all food and the back side all drinks. I only saw alcoholic drinks. I asked the waiter if they had strawberry lemonade as we didn't want alcohol. He said they could make it for us. I think they also have sodas but I didn't see the choices on the menu. I get the feeling its popular for nightlife eating, if you like going out...

I ordered the Salmon A La Diabla and requested the chili sauce on the side. Unfortunately, the salmon was under-seasoned; this might be because they typically serve it with the chili sauce on top. I didn't enjoy the flavor of the chili sauce, so I opted for the salsa and green sauce that came with the chips instead. The rice accompanying my dish was subpar, and the asparagus was not cooked properly. My wife chose the chicken with mole, and she really liked her dish. The portion sizes are decent, so it was quite filling. My friend ordered the chile relleno and found it to be just okay—not particularly special. The prices for the dishes are on the higher side, especially for just one taco, b...

They were fairly empty on a Thursday at 6:30 but almost full by 7:45 when we left. The hostess was also our waitress and she was fabulous! Thank you Khristina! She recommended the Molcajete Frita and it was very good. It had some kind of melty cheese in it that was delicious. The fried plantains were semi crispy outside, gooey inside and the exact right amount of sweet. The Frita platter was a bit of a let down. The quesadilla was average. The potato taquito was just unseasoned mashed potato in a tortilla and the mini sopes weren’t edible. I couldn’t cut them with a knife or even bite through them because they were too tough. I did eat the small portion of refried beans on top of them and th...

Frida’s has an nice vibe, but the staff food, and prices pulled away from the experience. We ordered 2 enchiladas (red sauce and mole). The red sauce on the enchiladas felt very canned and the mole sauce was ok. The guacamole alone cost $17 for an appetizer which seemed extremely overpriced, we ordered a side of it just to get some. We ordered a chamoy margarita which was ok but not properly mixed. The server was nice, but seemed to be overworked and it was difficult to get their attention at times. This place feels like a pricier Chiles to me, wouldn’t recommend it for authentic Mexican food. Book a table now

I came during happy hour. Service was good. The staff was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the food and drink were not great. My margarita tasted surprisingly very watered down. The $17 guacamole was not tasty nor well prepared. This is probably the only time I didn’t finish a freshly made guacamole. I also only took a few sips of the margarita. I had to throw away one of my tacos because the meat was dry and not appetizing. For the price and location, I was expecting much higher quality food and drinks.

We only stopped by for a drink this time, but next time we'll definitely try the food. The service at the bar was prompt and welcoming. My Cadillac margarita was fresh and delicious, while my husband ordered tequila on the rocks. We're looking forward to tasting the food on our next visit!

We love dining here for special occasions. Everything is excellent. The mole is so good that 6 people out of our party of 11 got a mole dish. I had the chicken mole and several in our party had enchiladas with mole sauce.
