My husband and I took our son and grandson to Friedrich’s and were pleasantly surprised that this restaurant that seemed somewhat sophisticated took great care of our grandson while serving a lovely dinner. When I looked at the menu I saw nothing for a...child but our waiter brought a handwritten menu with perfect selections for a kid and colored pencils for him to use. Our meals were excellent, too
This place was recommended by my hotel. It's beside Lake Pfaffenteich, and easy to find/get to. Internally it's pleasantly old-fashioned with three separate areas, which can be used for parties etc. The menu is a reasonably wide selection of the cuisine of the area, and...is well cooked and presented. I went twice and was well-contented.
We had a good lunch in this restaurant on the terrace. I had pikeperch that was wonderful, so fresh and fried just right to perfection. The second dish was not quite as good: the rabbit was a bit chewy. Service was attentive and friendly

Das Restaurant ist schön gelegen mitten in der Innenstadt am Pfaffenteich. Die Location ist toll und das Ambiente passt. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich aber auch etwas unsicher...Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe
Came here with friends in the summer, sitting on the terrace with view over the Pfaffenteich with its fountain. Service was friendly and fast. Food was nothing special, actually the steak was the opposite of tender
My entree was mushroom soup, and it tasted like it was from a can. But the main course had some very good red cabbage with it
This place is a very good restaurant but I think it might be too fancy for kids. The French fries were amazing. Book a table now
