I just came from a Long 10-hour drive and wanted to get some food. Never ate from Friendlys before. Unfortunately with what I ordered, I got diarrhea afterwards. They didn't include napkins with my order, no drink with the combo. The associate was nice but she seemed tired. I had better, much better fast food. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
I hate to be that person, but we waited 30 minutes for two medium sundaes. The staff member apologized for the delay, but we've never waited that long before. I'm not sure what happened tonight. When we finally received our sundaes, they were handed to us dripping with ice cream and syrup, along with a simple "sorry."
We visited this restaurant after checking out the new playground in Swansea. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the Turkey Club Supermelt!

BBQ Chicken sandwich and ice cream was great but our server Kayleigh was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Will be back again and hopefully have her again as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the terrible customer service. My fries were not included with my meal, and the staff member in the back who was handling everything was unhelpful.
