Beaumont lacks diverse dining options, and Frijoles stands out as one of the better choices for a meal. While their portions are generous, I find the prices a bit steep. I typically enjoy dining in, but this time I opted for takeout. Some highlights from our order: The shrimp ceviche tostada were flavorful and well balanced, but unfortunately, the tostada got soggy on the 15 minute drive home. The shrimp cocktail was generously portioned and well seasoned; we added some Tapatio at home for an extra kick, but it was already tasty on its own.
