Me and my partner are good customers, generally we have been going there from time to time for almost a year and normally everything goes well. On the other hand, I went there last night and it was one time too many! Very disappointed with the preparation, I called around 7 p.m. to place an order and have time to collect it, I have a 30-minute drive, so a long drive! I arrive and of course order half ready, wait almost 15 minutes. A former loyal customer too often disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration. At first there are shortages in the order, then increases, then deliveries are no longer guaranteed, then no one answers the phone for orders and when we report our concerns to management, we look like the bad guys and we have to stop complaining.
