World Customer Service I've Ever Received in my Life. Place looked cute, so thought we'd stop by for some food. Spoke to the owner who seemed lovely, told us the best time to come back. We came back and were seated straight away. The staff (all 4-5 of them) then decided to ignore us for 2 hours. Like little children who didn't want to speak to the new kid in class. Literally would ask them what's going on and they would turn 180 degree, putting their back to you and not responding. Even tried to speak to the kitchen staff and when asked questions, they put their heads down and pretended they couldn't hear you! Spotting Fritto on Lefooding.com was the reason to stop at Sète. Big disappointment to hear ‘kitchen is closed and I won’t open now as we might run out of food tonight’. Fair to mention it was 10 min to 2pm, but other places are more relaxed about closing times, certainly this type of cuisine. Luckily Sète is very beautiful and there are plenty of friendly places with delicious food.
Plates satisfying to the global, some scales found here by there fish plates. Special mention for the ceviche that was succulent with nectarine. Disappointed, however, too expensive raw tuna for what it is. Nice selection of artisanal beer, it's a shame they don't put it any more. Service a little lengthy with lots of mistakes and disorganization, it's a shame
A must-have address! Fresh products, a card full of creativity, a beautiful selection of wines, and a friendly and efficient service. I went there several times and strongly recommend this address.
