We were back in Roßbach and then of course went to the estate of the winery Fröhlich and Hake. It is very pleasant that it is still cozy here. Wines, fire and food are still too good. The operator pair is very friendly and communicative. You will learn a lot about your own wine and the region. The service is competent, fast and therefore excellent. The dishes are groundy, delicious and very good for the wines. The flame cake with 9.50€, the winery and the cheese plate with 9€ are calculated appropriately However, you should reserve as early as possible, because the good service among tourists is safe.
Again and again we have to stop at this winery Interlock on the return trip to Berlin. The barn is delicious and the winemaker is interested even if there are hardly any places to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
