This place is awesome. The food and ambiance is unrivaled. It is ultra Swiss and one of the first things you notice is a huge copper kettle used to make cheese. Upstairs is an amazing museum of antique farm equipment, utensils, musical instruments and lots of fun artifacts to look at. I had the chicken pieces in a delicious creme sauce with rösti and veggies. Superb. My husband had the lamb. It's such a classic place in such a small mountain ski village. Don't miss it.
Food was great. Steak cooked at our table in an iron skillet with special herb butter. I'd get it again. Excellent service- even met the owner. His hospitality was really appreciated. Really enjoyed the Leysin museum. Photos, notes and artifacts dating over 100 years.
Delicious! Wonderful burger with salad, service was excellent and so friendly. Cozy and sweet place, I loved my experience.
