This Japanese market is the best place to find top-quality beef. They also have an amazing range of vegetables and seafood at affordable prices. You'll discover a variety of typical Japanese grocery items, from boxed and packaged foods to school supplies. Furthermore, they carry a selection of Japanese cutlery, including some outstanding chef knives. The store is always clean and well-lit, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Just keep in mind that parking can be somewhat difficult.
Went to H Mart on Sunday. It had been over a year since our last visit, so five of us went for lunch. The prices keep going up, but the food is still the best and the portions are huge. We had chicken and broccoli from the Chinese kitchen, sushi and chicken with curry sauce from the Japanese kitchen, and three Korean dishes including my seafood and noodle soup. As usual everything was delicious. If eating inside a supermarket doesn’t bother you, this is the place to go.
Such a cute, organized and thoughtful Japanese supermarket! My husband who is super OCD loved the place for how clean and orderly it was, and I love how all the products were displayed so invitingly. We went in to just take a look after eating at the restaurant next to it, and spent a short amount of time buying so many treats and essential groceries. What a GEM!
Frontier Market has a lovely display case of Japanese-made knives and accessories imported by KORIN. They also have a professional knife sharpening and repair service for very reasonable rates. I found the staff most welcoming and very attentive in helping me select a knife. The prepared food is also top notch! I will definitely be back. Book a table now
The staff is very helpful, especially a young gentleman by the name of Kevo. We were getting ingredients to make a mille-feuille nabe. The produce was fresh and the meat was well labeled, recently cut and (during these times) exceptionally well priced. Parking is a bit of a hassle but if you're in the area it is a surefire visit.
The prices for meat are fantastic, and the quality far exceeds what you'd typically find at a regular supermarket. They also provide discounts ranging from 25% to 50% within just a day or two. Although it's a small establishment, it's definitely worth checking out.
We come here for fresh sashimi, beef, pork, and chicken. Excellent quality meat albeit the price is slight higher then others. Also the prepared bento boxes, sashimi bowls, and sushi is as good as you’ll get in the restaurants.
