The food is pretty good. It's the service that's lacking. The team appeared adequately staffed but this did not lead to even a reasonable level of attentiveness. The sense of urgency and speed of service were non existent. The team spent most of my 15 minutes in the building talking to friends sitting at the counter or to each other. Literally stopping the order at points to respond to a point another team member was making. Playa Bowls is another 20 minutes away but that drive is feeling more doable at this point.
The hours are wrong on Facebook for starters waited around for the actual opening time which was fine. Ordered online, got a wait time of 15 mins. Fine. Walked in to pick up the order at 10:20, store opened at 10:00, to be informed that it would be another 20 minutes because the only employee for a Sunday morning shift just showed up. Cancelled my order and will never bother going back after wasting my entire Sunday morning.
I have been coming to this restaurant for two years now and I am always satisfied. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean. My favorite employee is Anthony; he always knows how to kick off my day with a delicious Frutella bowl. All the other staff members, including the new hires, are just as fantastic!
I read another review that mentioned the prices were a bit high, but definitely worth it. And I have to agree! The portions are generous, especially when you consider that they use fresh ingredients all year round. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the bowl I ordered.

We tend to order over Uber Eats so I don't know about Walk-Ins, but we tend to get big bowls! Only once or so we got less than big (only ratios were out and some fruits were somehow on the last leg) and we usually get them 1-3xs a month. Otherwise we love Frutta Bowls!

Went to frutta bowls today and the fruit was soggy and old, and the açaí overall did not taste good, and it was more liquid than anything else. Really bad bowl. Disappointed because I usually love going here. Overall my experience was a 1. Will not be coming back.
I've been here for two years and every time I'm always happy. they have friendly staff and a very clean environment. my Fav staff is anthony; he always knows how to start my day with a Frutella shot and all the others, including the new rentals are just as great!
