I was surprised to find Chinese food in a small town like RDL. Immigration has been a practice in Quebec for over 400 years, but it's rare to find ethnic restaurants in the countryside. FuXing stood out with its authentic name and a menu featuring a variety of dishes like beef, chicken, seafood, rice, and noodles. The decor was simple and clean, the servings were generous, and the food was fresh and delicious. While the FuXing soup was a bit bland, the General Tao, Cantonese chow mein, and FuXing fried rice were excellent. The service was great, with the woman working there hailing from Guanzhou and being very polite. I will definitely be returning to FuXing when I'm in RDL again.
My hubby I hadn't eaten Chinese in ages. I chose A6, egg roll, chicken fried rice, chicken noodles, spare ribs and chicken balls good! Except that the chicken noodles were not interesting macaroni noodles. I passed but still had plenty to eat. My husband chose general tao with steamed white rice; good choice. For some of u like me who aren't fond of a strong ginger taste will like their general tao. And again the portion was alot. Wouldn't eat theor every week but when you get a rush for Chinese, go for it.
The Chinese food in RDL is not quick. I was initially hesitant to try it. The dishes cater more towards Canadian tastes and are not very flavorful. The portions are large with lots of rice and noodles, but very little meat. The egg rolls are nothing special, just like what you can buy at the grocery store. I would only recommend this place if you want to fill up on rice and noodles. Unfortunately, I cannot endorse this Chinese restaurant. I suggest getting a pizza instead.
The food is extremely salty, with every dish drenched in soy sauce. The menu resembles that of New York Chinatown from thirty years ago, according to our Chinese American background. The one positive aspect is the generous portion size, enough to feed four people. The prices are affordable and the waitress is friendly. If you're looking to feed a large group for a low cost, this is a good option.

We were just passing by the town..The dishes are tasty and staffs are nice. I am surprised that almost all staffs , except the chef(s) are local people but not Chinese . Even I am not sure if the owner is Chinese, I still thank for supporting Chinese traditional foods. Wish this restaurant goes well!!
We got food here last year and loved it! This year we took the checkout and returned to our hotel and it was terrible. The friend rice was literally white and had no chicken in it and the other dishes were just as bad. Very... excellent, especially given how delicious it was last year.
J'ai entendu 10minutes en entrant avant de me faire assigné une table alors que le restaurant n'est pas plein. Une fois assis j'ai attendu 20 minutes, personne n'était venu me voir, pas même un verre d'eau. je me suis lève et suite parti.
Seafood are fresh and delicious Shrimps with pepper and salt are crispy, scallops and shrimps from the seafood hot pot are tasty. I have a wonderful dinner with my friends here yesterday. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ate here with my wife while on vacation in RdL. Everyone knows you share Chinese food, so we split an order of General Taos chicken. It was very tasty, but the serving was HUGE. Good thing we split it. Service was very fast and friendly.
Chinese food in RDL. I'm Asian and this is not Asian food. No taste at all with always the same FRozen taste vegetables with a different sauce. We ordered 8 different dishes and they all taste the same which means no taste at all.
