Der Fuchsbau - auch "Fuchse" genannt - liegt im Stangengebiet von Echterdingen. Es ist eine typische Kneipe mit - mal Schlager-, mal Rockmusik und die Getränkekarte bietet eine riesige Auswahl. Die Bar ist rund mit vielen Plätzen, dazu gibt es noch einige Tische, an denen man gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Preise sind sehr fair und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich. Es gibt wenig Laufkundschaft, das meiste sind Stammgäste.
