Fuddruckers - Table reservation

Wanted a smokehouse burger combo to go, nothing more. Haven't been here for months and I know it's a little pricey but it's always been tasty. Walked in 11:45am and the place was empty. I had to check my watch. AFTER my order was placed I was told there were no onion rings. (That's a part of the smokehouse). Oh well. Then told my drink choices were sweet tea, lemon tea or unsweet tea. The soda dispensers were broken. Oh well. At order pickup I see the wedge fries are burnt, looked reheated. Oh well. Tried to get some warm queso to put a little on the burger. No queso. Tried to get mayonnaise to put in a cup for the burger nothing comes out. Bottom line, when I got to work I ate half and thre...

This location is not the same, first of all before you enter the curb appeal is not there, grass is not cut. It was hot inside. The drink fountains where not working. They had soda in a cooler with ice, the limit was only 3. The tea tasted like water no flavor. Now let me get to the burgers, they don’t taste the same. They taste bland no seasoning. They use to have the condiments in a pump container. Now they have them separate bottles on the counter. Such a turn off. It just didn’t feel the same at this location. It was such a turn off. I will not be returning to this location.

Great food but a little overpriced. I enjoyed the atmosphere is was not too crowded but server was a little slow returning to my table once we were seated but overall great experience.

The girl in the register was super friendly I wish I got her name but will definitely be back

My absolutely favorite place to eat ever once a month. They need more locations!!!
