For dessert, we had a budget in mind, and the kids absolutely loved the ice cream from Creme. The buffet offered a choice of four items from the catering menu, and everything was delicious. The mini burgers were thick and juicy, complete with a variety of cheese and toppings. Surprisingly, even the baked mostaccioli was a hit, topped with delicious seasoned cheese, perfect for a hot summer day. My personal favorite was the slow-cooked shredded BBQ chicken served on a brioche bun with horseradish sriracha coleslaw—it was amazing when you added the coleslaw right on the sandwich!

Fuel creme is a neighborhood gem for evening drinks and large gatherings alike.This fun laid back event space was is exactly what we wanted for our reception of about 90.All of our expectations were blown out of the water.The Fuel staff helped with everything from menu choices to helping assemble table arrangements.We ordered the build your own burger bar, bbq pork sandwhiches, mostaccoli and salad. Fuel feels like you’re on a vacation, even when you’ve just walked in from the neighborhood. The owners are accessible and super friendly and the new chef, Cap, imports incredible seafood from Florida, the Bahamas, Jamaica, etc. Not only is Cap super friendly, he’s got to be the best chef in Villa Park at this point. The ceviche, conch, shrimp and lobster are all so fresh and so delicious. It’s hard to believe you can taste the Caribbean so authentically in Villa Park.
The location offers plenty of potential, and the outdoor, well-groomed patio is inviting. However, the service quality does not align with the high prices. We walked in close to closing time, not realizing that the kitchen had already shut down, and we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. I can't recommend this place highly enough—definitely the best staff around! They served us fantastic burgers and beers. A big shoutout to Jack and Jackie!!!

This is a lovely spot to relax, especially on a nice day. The ice cream is delicious, although the food is just average. They offer live music throughout the summer, which adds to the atmosphere. The service is friendly as well.

Yummy ice cream! If the Sea Turtle special is on the menu, GET IT ? because it's delicious. Cocktails at the bar are also tasty and the food truck is pretty good. The vibe is nice whether you sit inside or outside.
