A special place and a particularly beautiful place. The Füürgässli is as cozy as it is stylish. You feel comfortable here from the first moment. The menu is sophisticated, always seasonal and always offers surprising combinations. What is served is always perfectly prepared, wonderfully flavored and a feast for the eyes. Here you forget about time, float away into a great world of pleasure and let yourself be pampered not least thanks to the warm and professional service. A place where you definitely want to return again and again.
This place was unbelievable. My wife and I were staying in Sigriswil and made the evening trip to come try this place. The food was superb, the atmosphere was incredible, and the lovely waitstaff went out of their way to ensure that our time was as special as possible. From the appetizers to the desserts and the sneaky coffee liquor shots from the kind chef afterwards, this place was completely top notch and we will be sure to stop back anytime we come back to Switzerland. Bravo!
the füürgässli is a charming, small restaurant on aarequai. in summer you can enjoy the evening sun on the small but fine terrace with a good eating. the interior with the vaulted cellar is also very harmonious and cozy. the foods are prepared with fresh products and have always tasted very well at our visits. are the many dishes with rich vegetables and fruit dishes. prices are certainly not cheap, but justified by the quality of eating and attentive service.
Always a pleasure! Of course, you don't go to Füürgässli with a routine. It should be something special. The service, competent, convincing but NOT intrusive. And “the kitchen” likes to visit guests. The food is simply a pleasure. The three-course summer menu is simply yum for the eyes and the palate. Price/performance is right. The ambience is something very special. The story of the Füürgässli can be read or requested. Go there, look, be amazed.

If you are a group of different people as this restaurant is a good choice because the menu is quite large and offers huge variations. Even all my Chinese friends found some food they like. The location is beautiful near the river and Mühliplatz... which is crowded during the beautiful weather times. The service as friendly and friendly.

small fine restaurant directly at the river (aare-) small terrace but cozy and is completely enough. nice service, attentive with the ashtray, charming, polite, funny- as you like. eat everything fresh, lots of sweet and fruit, beautiful large portions. all wonderful!
the view is very beautiful, you can see the dam, they do a very good aperol and the wine soup prunken is unexpectedly delicious, very beautiful! One of the waitress knew no English and she got another young girl to help us, we appreciate... a lot!
