I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant for dinner, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The meal was on the pricier side, averaging over $100 per person, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend trying the Green Tea Ice Cream – it was the perfect finish to an amazing meal. The Lobster Hibachi with Golden Sauce and vegetables was another standout dish, bursting with flavor. The Steak and Scallop Hibachi also impressed me, perfectly cooked and delicious. I visit Fuji at least once a year as part of a family tradition, and I must say they've made some outstanding changes to adapt to Covid-19 conditions. The staff and owner are always warm, welcoming, and friendly. The staff maintains cleanliness regularly, and the chefs are exciting to watch. And let's not forget the delicious, well-seasoned chicken paired with golden shrimp—absolutely delightful!
I wish I had taken more videos or photos because the food was incredible. Our chef did an excellent job of keeping my kids entertained while preparing one of the best hibachi meals we've ever had. I highly recommend this place! The prices may seem a bit high at first, but they are actually quite reasonable, and the service is really good. We'll definitely be coming back soon!
This is truly the best hibachi restaurant, no question about it. My husband and I are big fans of hibachi, and we've tried every place in the area. Without a doubt, Fuji serves the best food. We would never have discovered it if a friend hadn’t pointed it out to us, but we’re so thankful they did. I would rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend it! Book a table now
The staff was very polite, and the food was excellent. However, I was a bit surprised that they didn't offer yum yum sauce. Nevertheless, I would definitely return because of the fantastic way they treated their customers. I had a wonderful experience overall!
