Fuji is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Owensboro. I really enjoy eating at Fuji of Japan. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. I usually order the filet and it's great. The chicken is also tasty. Lately, I've ordered the tuna and it is amazing. My husband often added scallops to his filet order and they are wonderful too. <br/ <br/ We love the sushi selection at Fuji. It is my favorite place for sushi in Owensboro. The new owners are welcoming and the food quality has gotten better. There have been a few adjustments like the salad dressing, but nothing too significant. The decor has been updated and the sushi is fantastic! For a spicy kick, I recommend trying the Lucky Roll with Rooster Sauce on top.
Best sushi in town. I've tried sushi at all the Japanese places in town, and this place has the best in town. The other food is good, but sushi is best, hands down.
