Just my favorite restaurant in Troyes. The atmosphere, the staff and the food transport you completely into what would be a Japanese restaurant. Saké, sushis, yakitoris, udon, ramen, dorayaki... all classics are there, and are absolutely irreproachable quality! The place is certainly small but it is a good quality and it strengthens the calm and relaxing atmosphere. My guests and I were more than satisfied with the attention given to the kitchen and I had a very good meal. On the other hand, you have to make sure you book. It clearly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend!
Address that I can describe without trouble to discover if it is already done. Zen and serene atmosphere, welcome in simplicity and small marks of attention. Excellent and healthy food for correct prices. We will keep a very beautiful memory of our visit and will come back with great pleasure!
Good surprise, the dishes are tasty (just taste the soup (aka miso to see the difference with some Japanese restaurants the welcome is pleasant, good price! Several sakés and whiskys are available, it is very satisfied. If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant on Troyes, don't hesitate!
According to me, the best Japanese restaurant in Troyes for several years. I regularly take the menu for 2 or 4 people ashi shoji: wonderful sushi, maki and yakitori await you. Ambiance in the themes, very friendly staff. pictures the shoji menu for 4
