Fuji Sushi - Table reservation

Love this place. Service is friendly and expedient. Usually we start with the edamame and the lettuce wraps. Frequently wish they 'd provide a few extra pieces of lettuce, but I also never ask. Frequently order the roti canai chicken in yellow curry sauce app too I just love it! (I can never figure out if it 's the same yellow curry sauce as in their entrees though). We 've tried the chicken katsu and it 's a little underwhelming. Have also tried variations of the hibachi options fine but nothing overly exciting (though this could be because it always been takeout and not eat in). This is a long overdue review. I’ve been a customer since 2008. It’s a place that I come back to each time I am in town. The food quality is still great, and the service is still top notch. I also used to work here during high school, and I had worked at many kitchens since/ before then. I can testify that they have one of the cleanest/ most organized kitchens I’ve ever seen.
