Fuji Sushi Japanese Cuisine

Wow, so I’ve been coming here for YEARS! And I’m so ECSTATIC there’s a new owner! Every time I come here my experience is better than the last, the food is always fresh and quality is just beyond amazing! I’m so thankful they condensed their oversized “Cheesecake Factory of sushi” menu of items bc it was so overwhelming. Prior I always felt the servers were overwhelmed with that crazy menu, now the service is above par and I think it has everything to do with the new changes! The new menu looks so clean and fresh offering wonderful items! Oh and I’m so thankful they got rid of the dirty linen and got disposable napkins!

From is the best sushi cook, which also ensures that my food is fresh and so crazy delicious. Trisha is the best server super sweet. I'm super annoying, but she was patient with us. I love this place I come twice a week. If you love sushi, this is the place to be. I had to make a picture of my order.

This place is really good. My first visit. I was impressed by the seating. You can eat Japanese style by feeding cross on flat ground. Super cool. I'll probably try next time. The service was friendly and fast and the prices are quite fair. The food was delicious. The parking lot is a little tight.

Our server Chris was very nice and warned us that it would wait a little since the kitchen was behind. Despite waiting, the food was absolutely delicious and worth waiting. The Honolulu role is great if you love Mango. The inside of the restaurant is also quite cozy!

The best sushi in Orlando Freshest fish, great rolls, creative recipes! Also the best deluxe seaweed salad! Always good prices for wine. This place brings me to Happy Food Coma every time! The cook has real talent and passion for his craft
