I tried Fuji Yama for the first time today, and the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered a Shrimp Tempura roll and a Charlie Roll, and they were some of the freshest and tastiest rolls I've ever had. The food was so good that I even called them to let them know how delicious everything was. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!
Excellent service! There were four of us at the restaurant, and the young woman who greeted us at the door was friendly, smiling, and quickly seated us. We ordered chicken with rice and pork with rice, and also picked up some sushi for takeout. Everything was absolutely delicious, and we’ll definitely be coming back.
I've dined at Fuji Yama over 15 times, and every meal has been outstanding. The fish is incredibly fresh, and I highly recommend their hand rolls and lunch specials. Impressively, they even delivered during a snowstorm when no one else in the area was able to.
