This is my absolute favorite restaurant to order from during the week and on special weekend nights. The staff is warm and welcoming, creating a truly authentic Japanese atmosphere. The ramen is incredible, featuring rich bone broths and all the traditional ingredients you'd expect from a fantastic little spot like this. But my all-time favorite dish? The chicken katsu curry. I've even introduced family members who are less adventurous with food to this restaurant through that dish—it serves as a perfect introduction. This is a fantastic ramen restaurant located in the Chino Hills area. We barely had to wait for a table, and the cashier was very friendly. They took our order promptly, and there was a great selection of meats to choose from. The food was delicious and of high quality, with plenty of noodles and vegetables included. I also appreciated the various food photos on display and the charming wall decorations. I highly recommend this place for individuals or small groups. As for parking, there's plenty available since the restaurant is situated in a large outdoor shopping mall.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. My husband ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen, and I had the Vegetarian Ramen. Both dishes were delicious, and the portion sizes were just right! The customer service was excellent as well. We're definitely coming back to Fukuoka Hakata! We rate this restaurant 5 stars and would give it 10 if we could!

The food was decent, but it was saltier than I anticipated. I understand that shoyu is soy-based, but it still felt overly salty, and the tonkatsu had a similar issue. I could taste more salt than the miso flavor. Of course, everyone has their own preferences. Overall, it was a good experience, though. Food Rating: 4/5.
After a long wait at the Boiling Point next door, we decided to give this place a try, and we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciated that the water was clean and free of a chlorine taste. That's definitely a big bonus!
Tucked in a shopping center across the the street from a Costco. The spam fried rice was tasty and had a grill flavor. The Hakata Ramen was tasty and the broth had a unique white pepper taste. The Karage Don was good, but nothing special. Overall good food and good service.
The Ramen here was absolutely amazing and so we're the workers! The broth was delicious and the servers had full conversations with my group. They were so amazing, definitely coming back here with more friends!
