We have had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and more than happy to check if some of the meals and sauces were gluten free. We ordered one of the biggest meals on the menu (a meal for very hungry travelers) and we...couldn't wait to start eating as soon as it was served cause it looked amazing. The price we paid for it was not bad either and unlike one of the reviews I briefly read just now we were able to pay by card. Another nice thing that they also could not have done but did do was putting the Dutch translations right next to the German language on the menu. One of the staff was abrupt to the point of rudeness, clearly not wanting to engage with anybody who might be, of all things, a customer. Ok, it was a Monday. However the”Knight Dinner” was not as expected. The room was cold, the decoration as well as the outfit of the hosts were not matching the theme. The beer was served in bottles or in conventional glassware, nothing special. The music...was from a randomly chosen radio station. The meat served however was well cooked (grilled pork knuckles). But that was about it. Unclear what pita-bread, steamed cauliflower, broccoli and potatoes had to do with a medieval feast. Next time we stick with an à la carte dish.

Inflated prices, euro for a cola. Service was poor and uninterested. Paying with bank card wasnt possible under euro's and they pointed to Some small sign stating this, we had to walk to an atm. Never again
