I had a fantastic experience at Fusion 27. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for almost two years, and finally had the chance to go for dinner on Monday night with a friend. It definitely lived up to the hype and made me feel less guilty about indulging in a full meal early in the week. The only downside was the parking situation, as Union Boulevard can be chaotic with its constant traffic lights and turning lanes. We managed to find a spot in the small parking lot behind the building, but it was limited. The service was excellent, with well-trained and friendly staff. Local BYOB Italian restaurant. They have a simple menu with rotating daily specials. Specials are presented on a tablet so you can see what you're ordering. I think that was a very nice touch. Food was good but took forever. The rice balls appetizer (only 3 per order) and pappardelle pasta with filet mignon, asparagus, and mushrooms(overpriced, could've got a whole steak for less) were good. My friends tried the glazed salmon and loved it! Overall, an average dining experience.
I celebrated my birthday with my cousins at this restaurant. The service, food, and ambiance were all excellent. It was a 5-star experience overall. The service was great, we had a dinner meal, and the price per person was between $50-100. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5 rating.

This restaurant provides a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Be sure to try their Tiramisu, Lava Cake, and Braised Short Ribs – they come highly recommended.
