I absolutely love Fusion Caribbean American Grill! The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Don 't allow the mediocre atmosphere to turn you off. This diamond in the rough is a fantastic place to visit both for groups and families. The spacious roomy interior along with the pleasant smiles of the staff made the place feel welcoming. The drinks were top notice as well, one of the few times I have ever ordered a second round. The authentic cuisine was worth the visit and being so close to Quantico the plates held portion sizes fit for a man or woman of the military. My plate had to have been at least several pounds of food. All in all i will visit again if I 'm ever in the area. If you have a big party and need a place to fill your stomach and your soul check this place out.
Sooooo I came here to get my Alcapurrias, but sadly they sold out. The waiter saw how upset I was and told the cook and they made me the last one in the back as a surprise!!! Let me tell you it was on point! I also order the beef and chicken empanada, wasn’t a huge fan of the beef but chicken was amazing. The chicharron sampler was great good flavor and fried good. Lastly I got the chicken midi go with the red sauce AWESOME flavor and the portion was a lot. I do recommend this restaurant for others to try. The only down fall for me being Puerto Rican is that it wasn’t alot of selection on food other then that great place.

They don't have any vegan options except for side dishes, and that believe they cook with lard, so I cannot say anything good about this place.
