I come there from time to time. My wife always orders a double ground beef burrito, with everything else on the side. This time when we got home and they missed her order completey. Not double meet, black beans instead of the other beans we ordered. I called the store and spoke with Voice. He read my order 64 back to me b/c I couldn't find the receipt. He stated they only charged me with single beef, but would take care of me the next time I come back! Now that's World Class Customer Service! I think Voice displayed the type of management qualities, that is missing today! He Should be commended for taking ownership of the issue....He needs to be promoted if you ask me! Asked her for nachos without picó or guacamole with drink. She asked later if I wanted to substitute for more peppers, i said okay. Then the total went up, i asked why she and she couldn't answer. I told her to cancel it and she said no and took my card to the back. When she came back she wouldn't give me my debit card, so i had to threaten to lock my card.
Come here for breakfasts tacos on Tuesdays or Thursdays. The staff is always friendly and service is upstanding. Erna is friendly. And Lety cooks like a boss!
Staff is great, food is great. One of my favorite Fuzzy’s locations I’ve been too. Highly recommend stopping for breakfast tacos on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
