This is the third time I have experienced this from the employees of this particular store…first two times i just ignored it as i can understand that they were in rush or may be they were busy somehow but this time they just got into my nerves. I went there to pick up my order that i ordered directed by doordash and when I went there and told my name, they were not ready with the receipt and they seem confused. If you guys are confused, don’t try to make a scene, I have paid full amount and not taking any free food so just stop acting like I owe you anything. I've always liked Gino's Pizza. I order it a lot through Uber Eats. This location on Brant Street though...they really need some consistency with their food. It's different EVERY SINGLE TIME I order it. It's dripping in pizza sauce, there's an inch on cheese on it, the garlic bread is always different...different cheese etc. It's suppose to be same all the time and it's not. It really effects the taste. If its dripping in sauce it doesn't taste good. This has been going on for as long as I've been ordering from this location....2 years . They need some quality control for sure.
The female who took our order was polite and helpful. Our pizza was prepared exactly the way we requested. We received it on time and it was perfectly hot when we brought it home. I am a domino's pizza fan, but Gino's pizza is more authentic in flavour and taste and the toppings taste better and their sizes are bigger than Domino's
I had order two veggie pizza last night . The pizza was over cooked and when we try to check the taste it was not even good because they don’t spread pizza sauce proper on dough and the slices was dry . I had also call twice in store to talk with manager and I didn’t get any reply from their employe .

I hate this place. I order butter chicken base sauce but in my pizza its bbq sauce. When I call on body pick my phone. So its my worst experience with this store. Please check your order before pickup they never help you If your pizza is wrong. So please think before order from this place
I called because our onion rings were completely over done and the person I spoke to tried to make excuses about the brand they use and said they may be dark on outside but good inside. Then he told me to contact Skip as the delivery people are responsible with how the item is cooked.
Used to be good now it's very hit and miss. Like sometimes the dough is bordering on undercooked and really chewey. Also there's been a few times where the slice isn't hot out of the oven. It's barley lukewarm, Pizza is best when it's hot doubt I will be going back
Awesome Pizza... Great staff, but this place is 100°C in the WINTER! So get there get a Fresh slice! Cause they DRY OUT FAST!
