we waited an hour before they even came by to take over our orders. our waitress was not friendly. eating was ok, but being ignored until we were able to order was not pleasant. we also had to wait very long for our check. we were all very tired of sitting and waiting for those people to do their jobs, so I tried to ask another waitress if we could pay and she was extremely rude. instead of an apology or doing something to make the situation right, she gave me a baptism of attitude and told me that they were busy as if that was my fault (I am in the rule a light-going person, but the **** of this girl was on another level. There're a lot of different things on the menu and I had a tough time deciding what to get, but I ended up ordering the Galaxy club sandwich. Pretty standard club sandwich but it was good. I had a choice of sides and got the tater tots. Big mistake - they were just freezer tots you can get at the store. I should have known. I'd recommend getting a different side. The bartender was friendly. I don't live in Richmond so I probably won't be back, but it's worth a try if you live in the area.
