A real killing!!!I discovered this restaurant by chance, I was looking for an intimate place with my closest colleagues, for a farewell dej of my work. The welcome is excellent, the tartars prepared with care and love with the best of meats, and the fruit salad in dessert, it’s simply the best fruit salad I’ve eaten from my whole life!!!! (although I have eaten fruit salads, and even in the largest restaurants). This meal brought me surprise and emotion in the mouth. All in this restaurant attracts sympathy: first the excellent reception, then the map where the products are always chosen with great quality care, and finally, especially: the best tartars of my life! I felt like I never had a tartar before! Far from those of the classic Parisian breweries, here we are a wan above, we are in the work of art. A dozen different tartars, with or without an egg, made with a succulent meat, a divine seasoning based on naturally scented and tasty products, not the least industrial product, all here breathes the terroir and sublimates a simple dish like tartare to delight taste buds.
When we go to the restaurant, we often look at the map, the prices but I think there's an element that we forget too often, the service. The server is adorable, discreet, attentive and very welcoming at once. If the tartars are excellent, the service here is the icing on the cake. We came because my girlfriend loves tartars, I never eat them, and I thought if I don't like here, I could be definitive: I don't like it. I'll have to stay naked because it was great. Even the fruit salad was remade (sort of) the next day at home. Thank you for this very pleasant moment.
High quality products. Galéo tartar is naturally excellent. Meat cut with knife, homemade fries, small sauce to raise the meat, short a delight. Dessert house with a succulent leaflet and vanilla ice ball. Very kind bosses. Restaurant room with human size and chichi-free. A place to add to his address book to eat well. Think about booking!

A perfect dinner! The tartars are delicious and original, the restaurant is small and friendly (perfect service with a sound background a few pieces of the soundtrack of the lord of the rings. We will come back to enjoy the other dishes of the map!
