Leider war die Wartezeit extrem lang, da die Online-Kasse total überfüllt war mit nicht-online-Käufern (obwohl damit geworben wird, schnell abgefertigt zu werden). Außerdem drängelten sich andere Kunden vor, anstatt auf ihren Aufruf zur Kasse zu warten – das sorgt natürlich für Unruhe. Da die heutige Kundschaft so etwas braucht, sollten Systeme und Beschilderungen wie im Media Markt eingeführt werden.
