I was truly disappointed with my experience. The Piri Piri sauce is amazing, but they never include it. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the wings were inedible. If the sauce I ordered had been included, I might have been happier. The cheddar bites also arrived without the sauces I requested, leaving them bland. To top it off, the kale salad came without any dressing, just a bowl of plain kale. I really want to like this place, but they keep falling short.
The food was cold and didn’t match the description. We didn’t receive any of the sides or add-ons we ordered. The grilled vegetables were overly drenched in oil. The Potato Cheddar Bites looked nothing like the picture. Although the Piri Fries were tasty, we didn’t receive any piri sauce with them.
One of my favorite places! The food is always so good and fresh and the right amount of spice level. Customer service is great and they remebered my sauces this time with a sweet little note! Ps the hot Galos wrap with chicken and potatoes bites are the bomb!
Soooo good! I got the medium galos wrap and it was the perfect amount of spice and flavor. The potato bites and onion rings had their amazing piri seasoning and were delicious! Highly recommend this place.
