We have just spent 1 week in Neustift and then 1 week in Corvara in the Dolomites.We ate at some fabulous places in the Dolomites( comici, Scottoni) but we all liked Galtalm the best!!!!Why1. Ring and preorder the ribs....incredibly delicious2. Catching the caterpillar truck that drags all the skiers along the road to the restaurant is a fun exciting experience on its own!3. Skiing out after a wonderful lunch on powdery snow and untouched run is fun.4. The place has a stunning view and is tucked away up on the hill by itself in nature.5. It is alive and humming with happy skiers eating wonderful home cooked food.Ruth cooks delicious spinach dumplings cooked in butter with Parmesan.The apple...

Hang onto a rope behind a tractor/snowmobile and enjoy amazing snow scenes as you are dragged for 10 minutes or so up to this witch themed gem of a hut. Great food and atmosphere before descending via a closed route. All in all an interesting experience but very memorable.

Best food and view from sunny terrace. Pick up every half hour from blue 1 ski slope. If red slope 5 is open you can ski down from there. Alternatively they bring you back to the 1. Super Kaiserschmarren, Hauswurst, Sauerkraut, etc. Etc.

Ein schönes , gemütliches Wanderziel ( jenachdem von wo man aufsteigt etwas spannender ) . Tolle Terrasse mit toller Aussicht , gute Küche.Wir freuen uns jedes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
