We recently visited in February to celebrate my adult son's birthday with a group of about 20 people of various ages. They were able to reserve a space for us and managed to serve our meals more or less simultaneously, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and professional. They even sang “Happy Birthday”! I would have given them a 5-star rating, but the pool table was awkwardly placed. I visited this restaurant a few days ago and had the korma curry (I admit, I'm not very adventurous with spices), and it was really delicious. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The place was also very clean and tidy, creating a wonderful family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and plan to return soon—I'm even considering booking my child's birthday party here!
The food is expensive, and the beer is overpriced. There's no live sports either. The menu claims that the food is homemade, but I wouldn't even give it to a dog. The larger tastes watered down, and at nearly £3 a pint, it's simply not worth it.
I do think it would be a nice touch to have a welcoming area to greet guests upon arrival, just to add a bit of warmth. Even though I can be quite particular, I found the menu a bit confusing. Despite that, we will definitely be back!

Foods fairly good, staff are fantastic and really friendly. Nice and clean place. Decent play area for the kids outside with seating as well as the play centre. Been with my kids a couple of times now and will be going again.
Our family visited here recently, what a lovely pub. The wacky warehouse was an added bonus as this kept the children entertained. Michelle done an excellent, she was very engaging with us. Will be returning very soon !!
The best time to visit is before a Wigan Saints game when the bar is filled with lively banter among rival fans and everything is vibrant and energetic. I would recommend avoiding...
decor seen better days, but eat good staff friendly and a good selection of drinks excellent families with small children has a whackey camp there is an attempt 8/10
