Surprisingly not connected with other notices. I put 2 stars for the wine we chose and the cocktails. for dishes, one has very bad fall: nems duck shrapnel: home but no finesse or flavor. for 13€ the 3 we expect something else. house rillettes with foie gras: dry, I prefer the industrial at this level. camembert roast: insipide, not 1 good product. For desserts it is medium, all made by a local pastry. a 7€ mini pielet I expected a better in terms of taste and presentation. Finally, for what is the welcome tonight I'm mixed up: a very cold server and not a merchant, and a waitress it rather pleasant. in short we will not return and advise our loved ones.
rather blur and random concept of dishes to share (according to the dish in question and the appetite of the guests). rather good croziflette (although the insipid duck confit,) ham board, snails, grilled pork rib. nothing bad but nothing that involves a lot of kitchen upstream. In short, a very basic meal for this price. fast service but invasive atmosphere music and absolutely no control of sanitary pass.
we can only recommend this restaurant for the quality and originality of its dishes, without forgetting the good and the service that go with ... haste to return to the haygor and to the lou garden
