I've been eager to try GS Deli for the past few weeks, and I finally had the opportunity today. We ordered a fried beef hero with fresh mozzarella, and it was amazing. The beef reminded me of my mom's cooking in Brooklyn, and the fresh mozzarella was just right—not too milky and perfectly balanced with a touch of saltiness. This sandwich exceeded any I've had at other places. The macaroni salad also brought back some nostalgic flavors. I highly recommend GS Deli for lunch, dinner, and catering. I'm looking forward to trying their meatballs and eggplant parmigiana sandwiches, hopefully next week and in the weeks to come. Joe and Paula G.
I absolutely love Garden State Deli! Being a family-owned establishment, they make every customer feel like part of their family. The food is outstanding! I tried the Italian sandwich and a hot roast beef with their homemade fresh mozzarella, and it was fantastic. If you’re in the mood for something tasty, I definitely recommend visiting. If you don’t find what you’re craving on the menu, just ask—they’ll do everything they can to help you out!

Their roast beef sandwiches on Wednesday is to die for, and their meatball subs are too good to be true. I highly recommend to stop by and try them out!!
