we were in the eagle for the first time and certainly not the last time. Due to the positive assessments, our high expectations were not disappointed. 2 small attentions of the house, the fairy creme suppe a dense. the meat from the woollen pig and the bark steak from the fairy simply world class and star suspicious. the high point was quite clearly the dessert pannacotta with rhabarber compott. simply forget these with gelatine stiffened panna cottas of any more wanting chefs. this dessert alone deserves 5 stars plus. creamy, fluffy with fine, subtle vanilla note. you have new masters and of course the super super, nice, attentive and competent service. until then. with culinary greetings
here she still lives - the Baden gas house culture. the wet, herr baptist, makes the round personally and greets its guests. you feel, here you live a hospitable and not played. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed by the Alsatian sausage salad. we had already enjoyed this much better without salad and raw food garnish, without spring onions and with more subtle dressing. we hope that this recipe has found the way of everything earthly until our next visit.
it is economical season and the economical with the kalbsrückensteak is perfect. also the appetizer was very fine. the sorbet to dessert was very fine, says my wife, my panacotta was the crash. but maybe I just have a special taste. other reviews give for the version 5 stars served them.The service was on wire but the nase wore a bit too high for our taste.
we were in the eagle with a business partner in the newly made bar. really beautiful. you can eat there too. the menu goes more into the upper direction. there are also some vegetarian foods offered. the food was very tasty and the service was good. we like to come back. Book a table now
very nice services, eat up demands. Price performance slightly in the higher range but good. the card is clear but could occasionally change for guests who often come a bit faster with one to two new straightened .but as said quality is top.
we have rarely eaten as well as here in the inn adler. it's all right here. the prices are somewhat elevated, but perfectly justified in the quality of the food. the personal is friendly and accommodating.
okay the choice is not huge, but you can eat everything very well. also the frog legs taste excellent as appetizer. the steak is also highly recommended. the prices are rather elevated.
