Undoubtedly the most hostile and aggressive restaurant I’ve ever been to. Our waiter was EXTREMELY RUDE. Although the food was decent (the potatoes were inedible, though he refused to give us the proper amount of money (our meal was €35 total, we had a €50...note and he just took it! We had to ask for €5 back, and he did not deserve that tip. He was extremely aggressive, rude, and did not care. Please, unless you speak German, do not come here. They do not care.
I went there during my trip in Wien. The position is super, very close to the Prater Park, the food was excellent. The Wiener schnitzel is with pork meat but was really tender and tasty. The soup was regular and the dumplings with champignonsauce were...super! I only suggest not to order too much because the portions are really enormous! The staff was really nice. over the bill was really cheap! If you go to Wien you MUST go there and try typical Austrian food!
based on TripAdvisor reviews, I called to book an evening with my friend. when we were there, there was no reservation, the waiters were so rude and did not pay attention. the carvings were in order, but the sides were, and so was the service.
I didn’t know what to expect when I visited this restaurant but I can tell you that my experience couldn’t be better! Friendly staff and the food is absolutely delicious ! Reserve a time to visit and try their food and service
