We had a table outside on the terrace, which was very nice! Good choice of beers. I had a Kalb wiener schnitzel and my girlfriend had a cordon bleu. While she really liked her cordon Bleu, also it was a decent size portion, I found my wiener schnitzel a bit of a let down. It was a very small schnitzel compared to the other many restaurants I've been in Austria, and the meat and crust tasted not as expected. Also, they did not serve it with a slice of lemon. Waiters forgot to bring the ordered mayonnaise, (we honestly also forgot about that when eating), but apologized afterwards for it. Also, the plates could use some more vegetables /salad.

This was my absolute favorite restaurant in Austria! I went to Lendplatzl for dinner on my first evening in Graz, and I went back every day thereafter to try something different on the menu. The Styrian roasted garlic soup was delicious. The bauernpfandl (Pork cutlets with garlic served with green beans, bacon and fried potatoes) was out of this world. And the wiener schnitzel was decent. Also, the waiters and waitresses were always friendly, and as a bonus, they were dressed in traditional clothing.I went to Vienna after my trip to Graz, and the whole time I was missing the food from Lendplatzl.

We are here for our anniversary dinner during our trip through Austria. Due to the rain we were late to arrive for our reservation but our table was still kept for us. The restaurant was warm, friendly, and full of charm. The waitress gave us excellent recommendations for meal and wine choices. She was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The garlic soup was a favorite as well as the 7 piece chicken dish and the pork with bacon and green beans. Our entire experience here was a treat. We would visit again anytime. It was a great choice for an anniversary meal or any other meal.

Had a wonderful dinner here and ate outside. There was a nice breeze. I had beef stroganoff which was prepared differently that what I'm accustomed to in the States. No mushrooms and they added tomatoes to top and served it with spaetzle.. My husband was hoping to have goulash because he had it there years ago, but they no longer had it on their menu. Good dinner-Good service.
