War mit dem MTB auf dem Sachsenrieder Bähnle Radweg unterwegs, bin dann zufällig nach Stöttwang abgebogen u. an der netten Gaststätte Zum Kalten Tal vorbei gekommen. Mir war nach Kaffee Pause, den gab's da, einfach so u so ist auch die nette Wirtin, waren auch vieri Biker da, mit denen war's dann auch nett zu ratschen. Bin dann über Stöttwang, Bidingen, Rettenbach, dann von Weichberg, Tannenberg, nach Peiting wegen drohendem Gewitter über SOG im Karacho zurück gefahren.
On the grounds there is a warm kitchen when we were there, we were told in a somewhat hard tone that there are currently only drinks and no food. Wir waren spontan hierher gefahren um etwas zu essen. Es hiess, dass sie nur auf Anfrage oder Events offen haben. Die Besitzerin hat uns dann spontan vorgeschlagen Currywurst mit Pommes zu kochen. Für die Kinder wurden eine Rutsche und andere Spielgeräte zum Spielen angeboten. Eine super Gastfreundlichkeit und Offenherzigkeit wie man sie heutzutage nicht mehr so oft antrifft. Cruel food, long wait, though nix was out. Over and over. In the numbers, the hostess had seen what she served and apologized and the prices were halved. We like to go to small, simple economies in the village... but we don't let ourselves ****.
Not able to update the opening hours on Google. After an extended cycling tour in the opening hours we have the information from the kitchen window. You think it's better. Do not want to know how the service and the food would have been.
