regional cuisine with something: fount michel has been cooking for years at constant good level from fresh, regional ingredients. classics like the soay veal with homemade puffs (selection! and the hüttenthaler forelle there is always, and also specialities of the season. some are grounded, some refined the mix is true, everything is recommended, and we have been regular for at least 12 years and have never been disappointed. ulrike michels always friendly service. all at a place where you can enjoy the life.
