I started with a traditional scarlet soup with pagansterz, a kind of pork soup with buckwheat slush: excellent, without further comment. as a main course I had a pink roasted bark back with speck beans and maislaibchen, a very soft pink roast beeffilet with speck, drilling and maispatties: again excellent! Der Ederer ist ein wunderschönes familiär geführtes Hotel in Weiz. Das Essen war in meinem 8-tägigen Aufenthalt jedes mal aufs neue ausgesprochen gut und vielfältig. Bei Problemen wurde mir vom Personal direkt freundlich geholfen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel rauchfrei ist.Der Poolbereich war jedes mal sauber und angenehm ruhig und entspannend. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
