I have ordered a table for 4 people for the 02.03.2019, 13.00 hrs personally on 20.02.2019 and together with the personal selected a table. this was then entered into an orderbook with nr. and date. we appeared on time on 02.03. at 13.00 o'clock. the promised table was occupied. we were placed on a large board. because of my complaint, only answer was: we cannot keep a table free for them.
