Food is very excellent, but I lacked typical Thuringian dishes in the restaurant as well as all other Thuringian restaurants: Fast Thüringer Klöße, therefore you come to Thuringia (not just because of the color glass). You have to go to Berlin to eat this specialty. This is no different from the Thüringer Bratwurst, which is now more likely in Berlin. I'm sorry.
