we reserved here a table on a sunny holiday that wanted a pleasant lunch on the terrace. Instead we spent our time waiting for a constant parade of confused wait workers with different crooked in and out of the terrace doors in a Forlorn search...for the right table. as there are less than 15 tables on the terrace and the inner half empty was amusing to observe this for a past. our pleasure is solid when our food arrived in stages from lukewarm to stone cold over a 45-minute period, with a swirl roast (a very standard restaurant dish that normally needs 20 minutes), the backward, over an hour too late. apparently our original order was delivered to another table, and no one had noticed. the...
of very sad coincidence, we were recommended to visit this restaurant. After we arrived there, we were presented with the plastic card of 2 suppen and 4 arranged. since we were not too impressed by the offer, we asked to get full menu and were informed that we were looking at one. because we had no choice when ordering something (a rain evening with two exhausted children), we have made our choice and started to wait. no drinks were mentioned in the menu, so we had to order a beer and a red wine without having an idea of type, brand and price. beer was good, wein too, but we got served wrong dish. when they confirmed it was the wrong one, we had to wait for it to be replaced. the second time...
this place is a bit further a field and I'm not sure if it's worth going all the way out here, because the place isn't that big. it is worth stopping a coffee or a beer while cycling at the lake. there are not too many tourist sites.
not worth it! the service at the end of the day was tired and grumpy. they serve large bus groups that clearly represent a challenge for service personnel. eating was ok carving, cordon bleu etc. ground, but fill.
