Leider wurden wir dieses Jahr (07.2018) sehr entäuscht.Wir waren letztes Jahr zur leichen Zeit in den Hotel und es war alles perfekt. Wir waren einfach begeistert.Aber dieses Jahr hat die Qualität stark abgebaut. Wir hatten Spinnenweben, etliche Spinnen und unzählige tote Insekten im Bad. Unter dem Bett war eine leere Flasche vom Vorgänger.Das Essen war leider auch ungeniessbar, im Gegensatz zum letzen Jahr. Letztes Jahr war es einfach alles zum Dahinschmelzen.Das einzige das noch so war wie letztes Jahr waren die Spa-Behandlungen. Die waren einfach Spitze.Leider würde ich das Hotel im jetztigen Zustand keinem mehr empfehlen, es war sein Geld nicht mehr Wert.
foreseeable, unfriendly guest treatment I've ever experienced! I had booked the hotel on booking.com. When I arrived at 18:15, I stood in front of closed doors. After I was tied up several times in the housebell and nobody opened me, I called the hotel number. the lady who opened me said I didn't sound right. then the collection of my data was made in the style of a police interrogation when I was the kind of circumvention, I was expelled from the house and had to search ad hoc for another accommodation in staufen. in conversation with a gastronomy in the city I learned that similar incidents have already been reported about the new hotel owner.
Ein sehr leckeres Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt fabelhaft und man merkt, dass es mit Liebe und großem Können zubereitet wird. Die Einrichtung ist traumhaft schön. Besonders angenehm fand ich die richtigen Handtücher in der sehr geschmackvoll gekachelten Toilette. Ich kann das Restaurant nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
