The Allgäu as a hiking, holiday and guest destination is always beautiful and absolutely rewarding – mainly due to the hearty, hearty, hearty cuisine. My last tour led to Missen-Wilhams, near Immenstadt. So far a dark spot on my culinary map. The resort has 7 local parts and in fact a large selection of inns and inns.
