Wir haben Cordon Bleu bestellt, beim Kauen bemerkt, dass das Fleisch nicht durch ist, dann onach gesehen und das Fleisch war tatsächlich nicht durch, das konnte man deutlich sehen. Wir haben die Küche drauf aufmerksam gemacht, die Küche hat das in Ordnung gebracht und beim zweiten Versuch war es dann in Ordnung. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen hat die Person, die kassierte, wahrscheinlich die Chefin behauptet wir hätten uns geirrt, das war nur der Schinken, sie hätten nach gesehen. Das stimmte einfach nicht. we visited the gasthof zeiringer after a day of lazy in schladming on the way home to graz, as we had no pleasure on apres ski. to have found a local positiw, which opened on Sunday evening. on our request we were assigned a very cozy table in the non-smoking area. the card is quite extensive and mainly includes domestic kitchen. we have ordered noodles with bark - both was very good, service was also in order. without reservation recommended for those who are in the opposite on the look for good kitchen.
on a stoppage of our bike tour we stopped at the gasthof zieringer. the service was very friendly and authentic. the grill plate tasted just as you wish and the chicken breast filled with spinat was also excellent. last but not least there was an excellent homemade cream cuts. the price-performance ratio is also absolute. I can recommend to anyone who is on the way, only to take a break here and to let themselves be entertained. we like to come back.
